Mexican government launches app to aid Mexican immigrants in the U.S.
• The Mexican government has launched an app called ‘ConsulApp Contigo‘ to connect Mexican immigrants with resources
• The app has had over 185,000 downloads since its launch
• It is available to download for both Android and IOS users in the U.S.
• Among it’s features is an alert button created to connect someone being detained with the Mexican consulate and alert emergency contacts

Immaculate Heart of Mary (IHM) Center for Literacy is located in North Philadelphia as an educational outreach of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The Center is committed to facilitating the inclusion of immigrants into American society through the teaching of English language skills, computer skills, workforce development skills and citizenship classes. If interested in volunteering, please complete this form.
Keystone Opportunity Center provides year-round citizenship classes. If you know anyone who is ready for naturalization, please have them call or text their education hotline: 267-663-1001. They can help them prepare for the naturalization interview.
Welcoming the Stranger offers free English, citizenship preparation, and computer skills classes to immigrants and refugees.
