Community Dialogues for Action (CDA) provides evaluation, coaching, and training services both within and between organizations to enhance individual leadership for personal development and system-wide effectiveness. Believing in the power of relationships formed through generative dialogue and intentional action, CDA seeks others that share our mission to co-produce authentic, intentional, and sustainable social justice.
