This class is designed to help strengthen you as a fundraiser, as well as your nonprofit’s “culture of philanthropy,” by looking critically at the items in your fundraiser’s toolkit and showing you how to create an integrated development strategy right for you and your organization. With a focus on practical application, you will use your tools to explore ways to engage others, such as the executive director, other staff and board members, in the fundraising process; you will practice ways to strengthen donor communications and build relationships; and you will explore metrics and how best to involve others in the analysis of fundraising results, thereby allowing for continual improvement.
