Building a Healthier Future: Creating Personal, Organizational and Societal Well-being
After weathering a multitude of crises since the beginning of 2020, a “return to normal” finally appears to be visible on the horizon. As nonprofit leaders, however, we need to strive to go beyond “normal.” In the wake of a global pandemic, ongoing systemic racial injustice, attacks on democracy, and other social and economic challenges, our task now is to rebuild our systems and solutions to be better than before. We need to do better for ourselves, our communities, and our future. How can we ensure that these new systems are healthier, more equitable, and more sustainable than their predecessors?
