2022 EITC: A State Tax Credit for Everyone!

Brenton Musselman, CPA, MT, DunlapSLK will present a virtual seminar on “The Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC)” Thursday, January 20, 8:00 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. This event will be available for online viewing only.

Brent Musselman, CPA with a Master of Taxation from Villanova University, Brent helps privately-held companies, family-owned businesses and individuals understand and employ available tax credits such as the EITC. Brent will share with you how you can utilize these credits to both reduce your state tax bill and benefit your local school community!

The Pennsylvania Tax Code allows for a very special provision: The Educational Improvement Tax Credit – The EITC has accomplished what many in Pennsylvania have been advocating for years: to get everyone more involved in education. It is now available for individual taxpayers. The EITC enables individuals and companies to support local education institutions, at a minimal cost, instead of sending their tax dollars to Harrisburg. It is that simple.
Brent  is well versed in assisting individuals and business owners’ access to these tax credits. Brent will share with you how you can access these credits and keep your state tax dollars local!

We will also hear from Dock Mennonite Academy, Indian Valley Education Foundation and North Montco Technical Career Center on how these funds assist in their mission of educating local students. Several local businesses will also share about how they benefit from this program.
